Booklet

A booklet prints two pages per sheet, in the right order for double-sided printing. Stack the sheets, fold them in half and bind to get a small notebook.

Turn this on for long booklets. Sheets are nested in small bundles and then bound together, which is easier to fold and keeps pages aligned. Leave it off to make a single booklet.

Turn this on for booklets that open from the right, such as Arabic, Hebrew or traditional Japanese books. Leave it off for ordinary left-to-right books.

Turn this on if the backs of your test print come out upside down. Printers flip double-sided pages differently, so do a 1-sheet test print first.

Landscape sheets fold vertically; portrait sheets fold horizontally. Lines stop short of the fold on both sides.

With triangle dots, rows are placed automatically (spacing × 0.866) and alternate rows shift by half a spacing, so every dot is the same distance from its neighbours.
